Long Term Care Insurance
Paying For In-Home Care
Long-term care insurance, or LTCi, is a common form of insurance that can cover many of the costs associated with care for aging adults. When considering senior care options, it’s important to understand the benefits you or your loved one are entitled to through your LTCi carrier. As an added convenience, Extended Family can manage long-term care insurance claims for you. To help you get started, we have gathered links to online portals and common forms for several of the long-term care insurance carriers we accept.
Allianz discontinued its long term care insurance in November 2009 but continues to support policies taken out before that date. If you had an LTCi policy through Allianz, you can contact them below.
